ROGUE ECHO BIKE vs ASSAULT BIKE! Biggest Difference

In this video i will show you what in my opinion is the biggest difference between the Rogue Echo bike and the Assault bike. I'm only reviewing the Rogue bike since that is what i own, however i have used them both and for the price they both are phenomenal bikes.

Question-
I have tendinitis in my right elbow, with the push/pull and legs working simultaneously; does it feel like your doing a modified pressing exercise? Do you feel your triceps firing during the exercise?

At a slower pace, with incremental bursts, do you think you could still manage a steady state workout of around 45 minutes on the echo bike?
