Bamidbar – in the Wilderness
Shalom Y’all, this week we start a new book, Bamidbar which means “in the wilderness”, commonly called the book of Numbers. We find many things in this book that is relevant to our lives today. First of all, we all have at some point felt like we were in a wilderness, a dry place, though times, alone. What we learn is that it was in this place that YHWH was drawing the people to walk out the Words of life that He was giving them. We also see the warnings about where our heart and desires are. The truth is, the wilderness reveals us to ourselves. We even talk about Yeshua being tempted in the wilderness.
