I'm pleasently surprised that Disillusion seems to stay the course they have set with "The Liberation". "Am Abgrund" already sounds like an even more refined version of everything that made "The Liberation" so great. Fantastic, very dynamic arrangement. So far so excellent. Looking forward to the record coming out in November.

I really hope someday I get a chance to see this phenomenal band live. I've been listening to them for longer than I can remember. Every single album and song lives up to or surpasses their previous works of art.

They deserve more recognition than they get for sure. Keep up the amazing work you all do!

Needed a few listening sessions for this. The song gets better every time! However, I hope that the album will also contain some songs with a more positive/optimistic vibe like Alea. Second part of the song is really fantastic.

Yeah this is some brilliant stuff, I love Opeth, Katatonia but a lot of heavier stuff as well. This has something for everyone. At first I thought the heavy vocalist was Johnny Hedlund from Unleashed HA!
