We know why "no disintegrations" was a part of Vader's request though. Mandalorians have a specific kind of weapon called a disintegration rifle. Din Djarin actually uses one on some Jawas in Season 1 of the Mandalorian

Its already canon that the storm troopers report in that they tracked the droids to owen and beru, upon hearing this vader gets angry because he feels like they failed to protect his mother and he orders the troopers to obliterate the 2 old people
