Soooo yer bit of a long story within this video! Sorry about that, major f**k up on my part and shoddy service from PIAB too. Not sure what to do about next month and if I should subscribe or not! Is anyone else getting fed up?

I had a problem with them this month too, my box never arrived fortunately when I contacted them they responded straight away and promised me that they'll send a replacement but I'm still waiting for it to arrive and see if I'm actually going to get it or not, it should as it appears on my subscription page but yeah I'm kinda doubting it

well i had to wait 21 days for my package to arrive...i dont call that quick...and things got even worse...i ordered my pop in a box from the UK store and they sent the package from the Usa store...now i have them stuck at customs and i have to pay 30 EUROS for extra fees...im done with them...

I had the exact same thing happen to me in July! £116 worth of pre orders came out in one go so I cancelled the sub until I got paid. Good thing is if you cancel & resub again, they will start to process that months box within 3 days.

I have the same issues with Pop in a box, They have just gone down hill.
