I am glad we were able to provide a picture of “Heaven Can Wait” from my dad’s WWII archive that was in the WSJ article. My dad (Col. Harry J Bullis) was commander of the 90th Bomb Group when the HCW crew was in the South Pacific and believe the picture was taken from my dad’s B-24 that he was piloting on one of their missions. My dad had returned to the States shortly before “Heaven Can Wait” was lost. Awesome story of the recovery.
