I think I'd remember .. meeting somebody backstage or something 🙃.. They had a great performance though on Live Aid, you could see Wembley was a buzz for them and he didn't seem nervous on the day.

I remember a guest on the Ken Bruce show saying how big a fan he was of Paul Weller and got to meet him after a show. He said it was a case of never meet your heroes as he was miserable and rude. I think he tries to maintain an act. Like some of his music but he comes across as a bit self obsessed
