This receptical was wired up using the back stabbing method. This was the same method that they used for all of the recepticals in this house. This particular circuit had 15 receptacles, and they all failed in one way or another. If you're going to DIY wire your own house, please learn the proper way. I am surprised this house has not burned down yet due to an electrical fire.
