This ancient gladiator exercise fixed my back OVERNIGHT. Check it out:

This exercise is called the gladiator deadlift.

I uncovered it in an ancient text while reconstructing Roman gladiator strength training routines for my MAXIMUS workout program.

It’s super easy to perform but the result is a loaded rotating hip hinge that other exercises simply don’t provide.

Making this exercise part of my routine alleviated a lifetime of lower back pain and increased my athleticism.

This exercise works! OMG I've had back pain for decades, am an amateur athlete, 60 years old, and this exercise simply stopped my lower back problems.

I got t-boned in a car wreck and ever since if I work to hard I felt like my neck was breaking and it would take me out for weeks. I finally figured it was time to fully rest and let it heal. For letting it heal for just a short period of time and reinjuring it over and over again was not feeling so good.

I don't have high enough weights for me with handles, So I put a 45lb and then 2x 45lb plates on a hammer! Deadlifts are my best lift, but I only twist at work.
