the bracelet in 7:32(minute in the video) is Turkish. It is handmde and called "telkari"(made with wire) in Turkish. It is expensive because it is so hard to make. I know those because my mum has a peacock brooch, and a set of fringed necklace and earrings( they are at least 45 yeaars old and they are silver of course.) I use them today still:) ı guess u can sell it at least 200 dollars. Lots of love.
