Money, you deserved it even if it is not a lot. I started cubing recently(this year) but you are the reason that now I averaged sub 40. Thanks

My favorite part of this video was when J-Perm said "It's morphin time" and morphed the entire cube. Very inspirational 10/10

I love how the chapters are named.
At the start we have *"I Messed Up"*
At 1:15 we have *"Becoming the Master of the Morphix"*
At 5:51 we have *"So close yet So far"*
At 11:04 we have *"Baby Triangle"*

oh and in the description he has "Nothing unites a comment section quite like a Youtuber being wrong."

J Perm puts so much effort into vids

As someone who has solved a mastermorphix multiple times, I agree about it being weird to turn. The way I naturally hold the cube causes parts to turn when I don’t want them to, and it often slips out of my hands.

My main issue with doing OLLs and PLLs on cubes that the center piece orientation is important is that there are a lot of algorithms that flip center pieces (sometimes even the center pieces of the non top layers). That's why doing the begginer method is so good for them. It doesn't turn the center pieces.

Hey JPerm, been a fan since 2017...I think. Anyway, I hardly cube anymore but since ur content is top notch I still really enjoy watching ur vids👏🏼

Reminds me of when a friend brought in his daughter's "cube" to work and asked me to solve it. I had never even heard of an axis cube before and I spent a good 4 hours working it out. Once I realised it was a 3x3 in disguise it got a lot easier. But the unnatural way it looks confused the hell outta me!

I love 3x3 shape mods so much. You get to apply stuff you already know, but it's still a difficult puzzle

I remember my first time solving this puzzle. It was my first shapemod and it completely broke my brain until I took a step back to realize how it worked. Incredibly fun first solve.

I got a 4x4 version of this puzzle and it's actually the most frustrating puzzle I have because it's so hard to tell which pieces are in the right spot since some of them look identical, like when solving centers, I often get a case where it's impossible for me to solve the last 2 centers, and in my first attempt, I could not figure out what was wrong. Turns out, some of the solid color centers can be put in the wrong place but still look right and you have no way of knowing until you reach the last 2 centers.
There's also the annoying thing with parity because you can't do the normal 4x4 parity algs since they'll mess up the centers on this puzzle, so you have to mess around finding which of the second layer edges are actually top layer edges until you get a case that seems solvable.

On top of that, it was technically my first 4x4 cube 'cause I got it from a mystery puzzle order before I even learned normal 4x4

Hey Dylan I have 3 Q's for you:

1) Do you edit videos by yourself and which software do you use?

2) Have you ever considered doing a live stream?

3) When will be your next Q&A?

Hope you have a good day ahead!(or night idk)

27 seconds ago.... This cube is insane. Only if escape rooms had this.

If only Jonathan Permutation knew what he was getting himself into.

I’ve never even solved a normal rubix cube so watching this and hearing him talk about algorithms is like god damn witchcraft, but I love it. Watching people be very invested in and good at things I do not understand as all is a unique fascinating joy.

I think it's so cute that everyone is at home just chilling and watching content like this, all separately but also together! Seriously guys the cubing community is amazing! I'm so glad 3x3's started to get popular in my school and I asked my dad to teach me how to solve is old'e cube and now I'm better than him and he's actually proud of me! He brought a 4x4 and I learnt it in like, 4 hours idk it was just much easier than I thought...

Cubing is amazing I am so glad I got into it I fell happy when I break my pb I fell happy when my family gets impressed by me doing 3x3 solves and my dad is happy that I really got into cubing...

Even if my parents don't support me as much as I wanted it's ok I understand that cubes are kinda expensive in my country but..
Just thank you all, cubing community!!!

I'm far from an expert but I find doing the hyper beginner "magic move" method works wonders on this cube. The one where you do swap two blocks on the top layer, twist it, then reverse that exact move. Even doing the usual beginner methods confuse me.

0:07 you know it’s serious when this sound starts playing

Learning how to do the first and second layer at the same time without using algorithms can be extremely useful for weird 3x3 modifications like this one.
Algorithms done without muscle memory are horrible, so doing it without algorithms is easier

The mastermorphix is like the axis cube but a pyramid like shape and other puzzles with center rotation like the twisted rubik's cube.
