Oh no don't show this to the mechanical keyboard community, artisan keycaps with another loud switch on top is going to be the next big fad and we'll have to look at posts of people putting a cherry blue switch keycap that they paid like a hundred bucks for on top of their custom keyboard they invested $600 into already that is still identical to a $20 board with cherry reds in every way but visually

oh god all of my experience with polymer clay is telling me that those keys are gonna be dissolved and gummy in days. Unfired polyclays eat through most plastics and leave behind a horrifying gummy amalgam. I've had it burn holes in storage containers.

I put clay in all my caps bc they were super hollow and it actually made them sound better, took like 6 hours tho
