I appreciated this video; the thoughts and the pictures. Thank you. I struggle with my thought clouds sometimes, and with words... 'definitions' of words and ideas - 'simulating' my 'existence' within this nebulous cloudbank. 'Mindfulness' is a weird word, and spiritual and consciousness, and awareness, etc. Those words seem less defined... more abstract and 'feeling'. I sometimes feel quite burdened by 'maintaining life' and becoming liberated from it sounds compassionate and hearing others reminding me how to reach for the peace in 'mindfulness' and to step back a bit...is good.

It's like when The Buddha faced and defeated Mara. Mara is the diety of this world and Mara is also one's ego. Most people spend their entire lives running from themselves and the truth, however it is inescapable. Best to defeat Mara before perishing. 😊

When you have children, you are saying, you Want rebirth. All beings desire rebirth. So, im not convinced that there should be a desire for no rebirth. There's no irony that people whose interest is in Buddhism/no rebirth. Come from a place of trauma. But, Everyone doesn't come from a place of trauma. Many, want Life, and relife(kids). If you look at hydrogen, under a microscope, it won't sit still, until, it finds another atom-oxygen-for example, to bind with. Much like, people at a bar.

We are in infinite space and time -- meaning that all possibilities and all events have already happened an infinite number of times. In such a situation, everything that exists within infinite time and infinite space actually does not exist.
