Let's be real, the thing is that very few people actually know how things are in North Korea. And where there is little information there is always room for rumors, gossip, half-truths and horror stories. That's why I personally take videos like this one with a grain of salt (or two). And by the same logic, if people take things at face value and don't question anything, they can be spoonfed any information and the weirder it is, the more willingly they will believe it.
