What's the difference with the Questar 0-18 apart that the Questar ha a little more weight (but it cost much less) ?

helll thermarest, i have a xlight but it look like there is an up and a down, beacause i can see a refkective sheet directly aigainst on side and no on the other side but maybe on the middle

so my question is the marking thermarest should be facing the ground or my body ?
