Hi Rob, this video helped me a-lot. I am a day trader with more than 10 years of experience and I developed an very simple but very productive strategy back in 2012. I don't have any programming knowledge but I decided to give it a try using Pine script. I wrote my strategy using this language, but I had to converted to study in order to create the alerts. I try for almost 5 months with no results and many error messages, and fainally I made it possible thanks to you explanation. Simplicity is the key. Thank you.
