I'll show you how I painted and weathered these incredible 1/35th scale Tamiya German Infantry figures. They're from the excellent new Kettenkrad set. I'll make a small vignette to display the Kettenkrad and figures which I'll show you in the following video.

Great video, Scott. A lot of expert information is packed into this one. And, thank you so much for the mention at the beginning - totally unnecessary, but very much appreciated. Take care, my friend.

I definitely book marked this video. I like the colours you use and process. I just can’t blend acrylics to save my life.

That's great! Painting of figures at the highest level.Hornet heads). The only thing that I am surprised by the figures of tamiya, because they are quite worse than dragon.

Even a worse figure model could be transformed into a highly presentable model..i envy of your meticulous method of building military figures..👍👍👍👍☺️

I'd like to see longer videos, you have the skills, you know how to communicate, both visually and verbally.

Thanks Rick! It’s the least I can do. Sorry it took so long but I truly appreciate the paints and they were awesome!🙂

Thanks for reiterating. I'm new to the shadowing and highlighting. I'm about to start 3 American Paratroopers at 1/35 scale. I'm absorbing everything you teach. Definitely following you from now on.😁👍

Always great to see one of the masters at work! That scratch built helmet inlay alone is just crazy! I like how you showed your approach in such a detailed way, it really helps to understand the reasons why you do this and that. The resulting figures are amazing, thank you for sharing this.

I know glazes are very thinned out, but is a wash even thinner than a glaze?

Great video. It does look like Tamiya figures have come a long way. Who makes the helmet photo etch?
