From my german pov, i find the english are quite nice and polite about giving critiques and really are holding back a lot. The dutch on the other hand... they will tell you in your face how all your fears and insecurities are absolutely true, in a polite tone with a deadpan face and then walk away nonchalantly. Even us germans fear the dutch.
