Every time I prepare or unpack a canvas, it feels like unwrapping a precious gift. I love the anticipation feel as I peel away the layers, revealing that flawless white surface waiting to be painted. In that moment, I visualize the blocks of colors dancing across the white, just like the passage of time.

I chose red for the first layer, but for how I see the concept this very moment, red will only be an accent in the final piece. Are you excited to see the rest of it?
