you need three upvotes to pin a question to the top where it is then visible on the profile itself - the three upvotes can be from the ID you used to ask the question, the ID you use to answer it and one more for an upvote - it takes about two minutes for it to get pinned and if you accidentally use the same ID twice your upvote doesn't become double upvoted, it actually gets removed so be careful. The question you want to upvote is usually one that relates to what the business owner wants to do most like if they do something with a fat margin (like painters doing a kitchen cabinet refinishing job - big $$s) you want to ask and upvote "Do you paint kitchen cabinets" or if its the most common service especially one with some urgency behind it (Do you do emergency plumbing, Do you do emergency tree removal?) where the visitor has to make a quick call - upvote that question. Also ask questions like "are you licensed?" and "are you insured?" to build trust. I usually like to only add about 4-5 questions to not overload the visitor because I want them to move on to the website but with chat gpt3 it might be interesting to try adding like 20 questions and see if the response verbiage moves the needle at alll.

I have a question for you . I am helping a water damage and mold remediation company out of Denver and Minneapolis both same company. He called me asked if there was a way to set up a few more profiles in a couple major cities because he want to expand and be ahead of the game in his words. The problem I am facing is the verification of these GMBs. Is there a way to purchase an address to receive the card in the mail? GBP suggested I add interior photos in the cards. I did that so I could clear the cards but the pictures went to the owner section not the interior. Also, the card still stays there... I don't understand either problem
