Ty makes a really good point there about the Man City investigation. I agree with him. Man City should be found guilty and deducted points. If they are found not guilty which I wouldn’t be surprised if they are with Arab owners then the premier league will look stupid. They gave Everton points deduction so they said Man City as well for me

I dont think titles should be rewarded to teams between 2009-2018, if City are found guilty rather FA should void the titles the years City won so they are eternally hated

I don't think it's a case of guilty or not guilty. My personal opinion is that we'll probably end up being found guilty on minor charges such as not cooperating (example). People treat it as this black and white thing when actually there's a lot in between. Imo the PL will look stupid if we're cleared on the major charges.

They’ll get found guilt and pay a fine, probably get a point deduction of no more than 20 points and still win the league which will fuel their fans even more. It’s a lose lose

Spitballing here but I just had a thought and it may be stupid but wondered if they were found guilty of numerous charges across different seasons then would it be more fitting to intersperse the points deductions across the number of seasons. So for example let’s say 4 seasons had instances worth a charge of an 8 point deduction, then for the next four seasons they are deducted 8 points per season

I feel like they need to be found guilty. 115 charges is absurd, if not even 1 is a guilty verdict, the entire Prem will be brought into question. I think realistically we’re looking at a serious fine or a hefty points deduction (more likely the fine) I don’t see expulsion or previous titles being stripped on the table really.

City have found loopholes in the rules & will be cleared of the major charges however they’ll be found guilty of failure to cooperate & some of the minor charges like the grass length being too long etc
