Timing belt is to tight you have to let the spring put the tension on the belt, if you used the allen to apply torque to the tensioner pulley the timing belt doesnt have any slack and will cause the squeak noise.

Adam and editor, please make a dedicated playlist to the r34 build and moving forward for all the builds. I’ve been out of the YouTube game for a month or so and scrolling through to find the r34 content was a bit cluttered. I think for ease, making a playlist or numbered episodes make it easier for viewers to locate and watch in order moving forward.
