I am doing a low spend/ pantry challenge also! I just posted my grocery haul too!! Great haul! Lots of good stuff!!

I'm doing a no spend January as well. My monthly bills are already paid. I have no credit card debt. I do expect to purchase perishable items like milk or buns. We make our own bread. I have an extensive pantry and several full freezers. I can, and freeze dry. We garden and raise pigs, steer, quail, chickens. But I love to grocery shop and so we shall see how this goes. I had rebates for menards and used that to purchase batteries yesterday, so batteries were free ish lol. I had 5% cash back on a card and have 90$ to spend on perishable food the month. And I have cash leftover from last month for gas. I shop clearance groceries store and it's 5% on my card again for any grocery stores besides Walmart. That was last 3 months. Nice haul I like when items are priced during videos and totals given and what stores.
