In this video, I breakdown our Checklist and Resources we share with all of our production team members at our church. Each team member has a lot of tasks to perform before and during the service. And to ensure that things don't start falling through the cracks each week, we've developed a system to help us stay on top of every moving piece during a service. We also wanted a place for our team members to go for quick and helpful resources related to the job that they're doing. Now there's a lot of different ways to approach this, but this is what we've landed on. We use a project management and note-taking app called Notion for this.

Dude this is awesome!!!! I’ve been part of my church worship ministry for 10 years so I decided to step down from my position in worship to help the church in the production side because we lacked volunteers. I’m always looking at YT channels like churchfront and other that give us resources and I can tell your the next channel to boom.
