I've always said selecting your cars for Elite Licensing should be one of the first things a new player should understand.
Wait till you get good cars.

I Elite Licenced one boss car for each T1 thru T3 and use them for daily map races and daily goals. The purple star cars Elite Licened give a lil more RP so why not.
T4 thru T5 I was much more picky about what cars I Elite Licenced because it can get much more RP in Live races during a WildCard.

The only reason to do tempest is to get that 10% bonus rp from the elite licences really, so only do tempest when you have the cars that you want the extra 10% rp on, I waited until I had the Mclaren F1 to do tempest, since it's the car that gets the most rp out of the game.

Most important part of Tempest is the Elite license and key is putting those on the correct cars for best return on RP.

I’m rank 97 and have all tempest boss cars, 1. 2. 3. Completed it over a year ago now.

I was going to use Amelia's LB M4 coupé for tempest tier 3 to race, but I got the rocket bunny M3 GTS E92 and it performs better than the LB M4 coupé with less upgrades. So I made Amelia's car the elite license car (not that it matters much for tier 3 cars).

I literally waited three years to start Tempest. I had a great collection of cars to choose from at that point.

I missed the rocket bunny 1st boss car. Didn’t realise at the time it wouldn’t be offered again.
Really annoyed me I wish there was a way to contact the makers and ask them to atleast bring it back to buy or something. Surely it should be available again in the future.
Just wish all cars introduced were always atleast available behind a pay wall.
I missed out on some lambos with green racing livery from last month, thought they would be available in the shop.

I just won the McLaren f1 now i will use it for my Elite licence

They changed how the season psas teats the tempest at some point, as long as i dont start T3 tempest license it just aks for 5 upgrades as last task. But i wanted to finish doing the tempest only because it gives me easy completion of the pass. Thats why im still only now startif T3.
