Lets suppose somehow the latest revision of state file has got corrupted, and you need to revert it to a previous version of the state the plan says the lock Id is out of sync with current state file version....How would you resolve it???....please tell me sir

Also, state files and state file locking dynamo db table is never created using terraform. Reason, you would not be able to manage state of the state file change your approach, these resources are always created manually....
