Aloha Dan and Alice

thank you for sharing this exciting time with us.

Birds did not eat our nectarine or apricot harvest this year which I thought was really weird

and then you said they didn’t eat your apriums either!!

Interesting!!!

Blessings to you and All

Gee whiz Dan and Alice. That's the most apricots I've seen on a single tree. Wish I was there to help harvest. Keep it up.

I bought a few of these at the Shadelands farmers market last weekend and they were incredible! Better than any of the peaches. Can’t wait for pluot season to hit in a few weeks.

Congrats on such a wonderful harvest ; my favorite variety of apriums, i’m one of the few in the northeast section of our country that knows and appreciates this fruit, my trees two years old and I’ve only managed to harvest 5 of theses babies this year; I would be in heaven, Way to go Dan!!!! Tomcat is my most bountiful tree this year .

I love this tree. However I have a question - since this was developed by Zieger Genetics does this mean this is a GMO tree/fruit?
I understand species can be cross bread naturally (I.g. Santa Rosa Plum) without it being GMO.
Is this a GMO variety? Or is this naturally bred without GMO?

After years of watching you, I am still amazed at what a "lazy gardener"
can accomplish. Your garden tours make me drool.

NICE !! Have been there ! Did you thin at all though ?? Have a now maybe ~12 YO Flavor Delight Aprium (along with another Aprium variety) and it is always very productive. I was among the 1st here in Metro Phx to get one, as I had to travel to a top Tucson nursery who had just brought them in that yr. Awesome...
