Andrew, it's easy to make a two stick control by using a couple of small u-joints and rerouting some of the hydraulic lines. And putting the clam open and close on a foot peddle. Then the sticks act like your excavator controls.

Love seeing Sam giving everything a go, she is what we call in Australia a full on Chickie Babe. Best compliment ever.

Being an IT dude it's nice to see someone else forwarding the logs

Hard work, doing what you love, learning as you go, getting better everyday, sharing your discoveries, giving your opinions.... Well done, Andrew!!!

What makes me like Andrew is the guy has numerous $50, 000-$100, 000 rigs but he drives a truck that’s beat up worse than my WORK truck. He’s doing exactly what us good ole boys would do if we had any money at all. Very envious of him that’s for sure. I bet it makes all those 12 hour editing sessions worth it.

He’s that guy everybody out in the country talks about that drives an old beat up truck and wears overalls that has an incredible amount of money 😂

Andrew must have a treasure trove of videos to choose from. We go from current winter Montana snowmobiling trip to older new machine purchase in the summer (Sam videoing). Love this channel.

Andrew, I nominate you for a full professorship at the school of hard knocks. Your work ethics is outstanding and your persistence is exemplary. We all enjoy when you “Camarata” a challenging project. Stay safe, millions appreciate you.

A 5 stick prentice was my most favorite machine I loaded logs with. Not everyone can do it and damn fewer can do it smooth….highest compliment I got was from a truck driver that said I was one of the ‘damn few’😂 keep at it! You will get the hang of it

oooh i just noticed something, you can now use the grabber to break the beading on any of your difficult tyres when you need to change and work on punctures - good idea

I ran across this video just now today and thought that I had missed it a long time ago, and this was hard for me to believe. Then as you worked with it, it appeared to be cumbersome to operate. Slow driving and confusing with the sticks operating the back boom. Then you got out and you handled the logs with the small excavator instead. What a difference.

The truck looks awesome on my new 10'x25' projector screen. I was standing in the Dining room when you swung the boom around and said " There goes the bar". The clarity in this video is remarkable !

That's like a skidder and used in place of a skidder.
It's used to get timber out of the brush to the landing where it's transferred to a log truck.
They are designed for a 1000 foot trips. They are extremely productive

At the speed that thing loads and hauls, I'm surprised Andrew hasn't sold it already. That little Kubota smoked it.

You are a natural Andrew. Your videos are informative, visually appealing and dare I say entertaining. Hollywood has it all wrong. Be a STORY teller. Nothing more. Nothing less. And so may I suggest if this excavating and heavy machinery gig should fail (I know, not likely), filmmaking can easily be your next venture. EVERY you tuber can take your videos as examples of how they should make video. If they did, I would once and for all kill my cable TV sub. Thank you Andrew, for giving so much of yourself.
