Chris Paul may be one of the most underrated players in the NBA.

The best point guard in the NBA, period. Nobody sets up the offense or runs a team better than he does. Look at the turnaround he has brought to the Clippers. Hold up, did I hear somebody say Derrick Rose is a better PG? Derrick Rose can dunk, and do fancy layups. If he was so critical to his team's success, the Bulls would not have won double the games they lost without him. Ask him to run an offense? He shoots bricks. He is better suited to a SG position. Chris Paul, best PG/leader.

You make a great point... every Rondo supporter is so quick to point out his ring to CP3's 0, but fail to mention how Rondo had 3 established legends, while CP3's 2nd best player (David West) w/the Hornets was good, but no KG, Pierce, or Ray Allen. Also, his 2nd best player for the last 2 seasons (BG) is very good, but was so limited in the half court set. Now that Doc Rivers is on board, hopefully, Blake and DJ will start tapping into their max potential and improve year-by-year.

The playing style of both of them is very different, Chris Paul is a pass first point guard just like Nash and Kidd, Derrick Rose is a scoring point guard just like Westbrook. I myself prefer to see passing first point guards, that's why i completely agree with you that Chris Paul is the best PG in the league

People say that Derrick Rose is a better offensive player than Chris Paul; I just don't get it. Sure, Derrick Rose can drive stronger and make more athletic plays, but whenever CP3 shoots, you are SHOCKED if he misses. He has a great shot selection and he makes anywhere from close shots to 3 pointers. Just because his plays aren't athletic, doesn't mean he is a worse offensive player. Not to mention he makes his free throws in the end games.
