The beginning of how to do multiplication of octal number starts with two octal number. Here I have explained octal multiplication in detail and clears the basics of octal multiplication. Here, In order to do multiplication of octal number we are going to multiply each digit of multiplier with multiplicand. The first multiplication of octal number starts with LSB of multiplier and multiplicand. Once the multiplication octal number is done then their multiplication and the multiplication of their weightage needs to be identified. So, this process of octal multiplication is explained here in this section very clearly. And then subsequently each digit is multiplied to do octal multiplication. Once the octal multiplication of all the number is done, these multiplication is known as partial octal multiplication. To get final octal multiplication, these numbers needs to be added with each other. Once the addition is done, we get final result of octal multiplication.
