I think the rhythm section on this song is a bit confusing. You have the walking bass, and a swinging band. But the drums are playing a really heavily on a 1 and 3 accent. I feel there is a bit of stylistic dissonance that may be intended by the composers. But to me it sort of comes of as a failed attempt to make a old timey swing groove. Just a unrelated thought about the song in regards to the transcription you have made.
