As someone that has ADHD, and over think often, multiple times, all from different perspectives that connect, I have a real issue going into Delta (which is why I came here) to get to sleep, which I'm now learning is theta brainwaves, and the answer here to the question: how do I turn off my brain to sleep is to meditate. I need to find my own way of either the willingness to meditate, or an alternative way to trigger Delta into theta.

I don't think meditation is my path, but I may as well fuck around and find out, it's how I found out seeing auras is a thing. Mind you, I have to be in the right mindset to use this super power, but yep, I called cap on this and was pleasantly surprised that this is a thing. Seeing is believing after all (or my preferred mantra: truth is perception)

What about certain drugs or other ways to get to Theta state? Is there ways to increase suggestibility?

I'd be more intrigued by a personal way of the 2nd method rather than suggesting watching other videos on meditation and self hypnosis. Was anticipating something more imaginative.

I remember when I was a kid, I would go into this very relaxed state of mind and everything seems so different and I literally forget my name. I have no control of what was going on that one time I stopped doing it because I was scared I would not come back to the real world. I always wonder what that was growing up until now that I am learning more about this. I am still hesitant trying it again and I’m not sure if i’m still capable of doing it. I have not shared it to anyone because I i thought its really weird and scared of what other might think. just sharing. and thank you for this video

When we in that state what should we do affirming visualize i kinda affirm when I wake up in the middle of the night but can i affirm for multiple things and not focusing on one thing and how many times repeat it

Now I remember doing such a thing which is after waking up and being in that drowsy state and slipping in and out of consciousness, I do dream and see things unusual and know that I'm dreaming, though I can't seem to control it I get to just watch and it's just strange stuff rather than things that I want so let alone asking but is there a way to gain control while being in such state?

So the problem I have is I fall
Asleep so easily that I find myself able to/habe trained myslelf- to keep that half awake half asleep state for long periods of time because I know I have to be present for what’s going on around me, however my body knows it’s tired and craves fhe sleep. Is it because in this state I’m Not actually sleeping?I literally cat nap. With that being said, where does the creativity come
From and how do you put it into action? I feel like I have all these ideas and the ability to make them a reality however I don’t ever feel energized. I could have 10 hours of sleep or 10
Minutes - all these amazing ideas- but when things are said and done I am
Lacking the motivation. I’m still tired. I feel lazy howeber I don’t want to be. I’m just so tired. How do I combat this ?
