Conditional Offer Letter.

When your offer letter states that you have a conditional offer, it simply means that you only have provisional admission and there are conditions that you must meet before accepting your offer letter. If you don't fulfill these conditions your admission cannot be valid.

What this means is that you must meet the conditions stated in your conditional offer letter for your offer letter to become an unconditional offer letter.

Hence, you cannot accept your offer letter until it becomes unconditional. Once you have accepted your offer letter, you can go on to pay your first-semester tuition fees and purchase an Overseas Student Health cover for the entire duration of the course.

Unconditional offer letter.

If you get an unconditional offer letter, it means that you have met all the requirements for admission into the university to which you apply to.
It means, the university has already accepted you as their student at their university and you can simply accept the unconditional offer letter to proceed with your admission procedure.

An unconditional offer letter is like a final acceptance letter. It signifies that a student has been accepted by the university as their student since the student met the academic requirements.
