Located on the West End of the City of Alameda, this neighborhood boasts grandeur homes from the Victorian Era, along with man brown shingled craftsmans. This Neighborhood is the most expensive of the Island and is mostly residential. Located within is Franklin elementary school, and the wonderful Franklin park.
Residents enjoy a central location on the Island that has easy access to all the cities main streets. You can make a quick commute to Webster and Alameda Landing for food and shopping, or head to washington park and crown memorial beach for recreational activities.
