Forgot that Tesla was most likely the heaviest thing he ever sat in, of course it's going to react badly to large inputs to the suspension.

Most likely bottomed out and bounced off the suspension stops.

Don’t feel bad it’s just a power wheels who cares if an EV gets wrecked and totaled they all belong in a wad of plastic and metal at the bottom of a canyon anyway
