Wow!! My day starts at 5 am. Then I'm in a building until 4 pm.

The first two explains so much, when I was at my best I was doing that and walking twice or having a workout and a walk a day and having protein shakes most days or in my food. only now that my energy is so low it’s hard to get back on it again, and it feels almost hopeless and idk what to do, I’ve gained lot of weight again and my hormones has been wrecking havoc on my body and energy and mood and I’ve been depressed with lot of brain fog.

It’s also been hard to manage my time for things I want to make time for and I end up just studying the whole day but struggle to focus which has already been a struggle for me with my adhd.

Would also like to mention if you don’t want to just have a protein shake you can add fruits or chocolate or just add protein to pancakes or waffles and add eggs or sausage or a meat or protein of choice.

I'm so happy I found your channel. I suffer with it for 20 years and in my European home country no doctor took my problems serious. Then I left to another country and found at least a doc who diagnosed me and was motivated to help but I had to leave again and now I'm with doctors again who don't care.
You have a lot of advice that's not difficult to follow and definitely worth a try. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us

‼️ It's important to note that SPEARMINT should only be consumed if you don't have kidney problems. Also, if you are on a lot of medications you should consult with your doctor first as it could cause kidney damage. ‼️


AND if you are taking sedative medication (some depression/anxiety, ADHD and sleep meds etc.) it intensifies drowsiness, which is something you probably don’t want in the morning.

Good idea. But how can I do it if I have a job and live in Germany? I get up at 5....start working at 6.30. there is no sunlight, only a few weeks in the high summer
