I would also strongly recommend the use of shorts. Because you have everything already filmed, you can just edit it down into a short video. This way people will find your channel, which is exactly what you need. You already have really high quality content so people will stick around. Use you channel metrics to your advantage, see what people like or dislike to improve on future videos.
