Now that all Shimmering Skies cards have been revealed, we put together a TIER LIST focusing only on the Legendary and Super Rare Cards for this set. This is our personal opinion on how some of these cards might shape the future of the meta for the game, and it doesn't represent by no means a true statement.

I feel like 5 drop Elsa will be a sleeper card this set just seems really good. She can be more than just a card you challenge Diablo with. I feel like Maximus will make cards like Simba and Lumiere alot better they also help support Flynn and Sisu etc.

Not sure how a card (the legendary green Anna) that has 3 solid effects you can choose from when playing her (or not choose) can be described as situational. She's incredibly versatile tbh.

Does Blast from the Past bring all different cards of a certain name? So would it bring back all iterations of Robin Hood if that's the name I used? Or just a specific Robin Hood?

Btw, reading the comments, i feel like too many people got overhyped when it comes to green anna. She feels like a 5 uninkable drop (no one will ever play her for 3) that doesn't do much. I can't see any serious deck to put it over anything more relevant.
I feel like scroop is way better card most times due to Evasive.

When you said that one maleficent would count for the "when you play this character" were you refering to when it is played or just shifted? If you played it for cost 8. since technically she isnt played until you lay her down, you wouldnt bounce. I have always been advised that it counts all that are down when you play the card, not the card you played. Unless, you shifted it into the maleficent? Then technically it was down when the next Mal was played.

Jafar Strong. If you aren't playing against a ruby deck he's going to put in work. If you are, ink him. Medusa kills tons of cards lol A+ or S for sure! (and he has the new Pete for a little support)

I think the Anna should be higher having three options all affecting the game very differently is pretty good. I hope to get a few Clarabelle when I get a full Shimmering Skies box

Honestly o mostly agree with this list.
I would personally put genie, mirabel, jafar and mim way lower (those are terrible cards imo) and gothel way higher (i think she will surprise the most)

This set is very weak. You guys are over rating these cards.

Prince Naveen is not that good. All the best songs he can play are also not Inkable. So if you play him and another uninkable song, you pretty much have used up any Amber deck's ability to have uninkables. He only really fits in Amber Steelsong and you have to trade him off against having A whole new world, Grab your swords and along came zues. For these 4 cards combined you are pretty much treading on dangerous ground if you run more than 8 of them combined.

Mufasa has to go in a fishbone deck and you have to trade him off against the other big drops you can have in that deck like Tamatoa, Big Sisu, Maleficient Dragon, Hades etc... He doesn't give you as much value as those cards. Even against Sherrif of notthingham which has the exact same stats he may not be as good because Sherrif can come out much earlier than him. He's not a bad card if all those other alternatives didn't exist already but with all those other better choices he doesn't have a role.

Pete is overvalued because you have to gamble that you know it is the right turn to play him. The decision to play him or hold onto him will be a very difficult one as playing him too early or holding him too long will just hurt you.

And you missed the best card in this set which is probably Bruni.
