Michelle, I absolutely loved this episode of your Homebody series! It's so refreshing to see you and your boyfriend openly sharing about taking couples therapy. It's such an important step, and I think normalizing therapy for couples is something our generation and the next really need. It shouldn't be something people are ashamed or scared of.
