I love your channel, your chicken gyro & tzatziki sauce are some of my faves!

I was in Greece in April and I had this sort of biscuit, I’m sure it’s like an almond cookie but it was flaky, kinda dry in a good way, and not sweet at all. I loved it, but I couldn’t figure out the name. Do you know what it is, and can you show us a recipe?!?! I need to make it for myself! Absolutely loved Greece 🇬🇷 what a beautiful country.
