You shouldn't have it in ESC off when doing a launch. Leave it in race. Push the PS button, hold the brake, apply full throttle and let off brake.

ESC doesn't stand for "emergency services", it stands for "electronic stability control". You don't want that off or you'll just spin tires all day long and never launch properly. I wasted a whole day at the dragstrip listening to what this guy said in the video. You don't want to engage PS with CT/ESC off if you're trying to launch the car correctly with good grip.
