This performance is from The Andy Williams Christmas Show 1965.
This video has been created using two different source videos; one for the footage and another for the audio track. This is because firstly the audio track for the source video I used for the footage, which was the best-quality upload of this performance I could find online, had several places where the sound cut out for a split second, and secondly the audio track for the source video I used for the audio had superior audio quality; its picture quality was not as good but its audio quality was superior. It is from a 2001 TV special titled "Happy Holidays: The Best of the Andy Williams Christmas Specials".
Replacing the audio track involved altering the speed of the footage in several places in order for it to synchronise to the sound. I generally had to speed it up slightly, but there were some places where I had to slow it down slightly. The source video for the footage was also out-of-sync, with its picture running late compared to its sound, so I have fixed that. I have chosen to slightly lower the volume level of the audience applause at the beginning and end, as I thought it seemed a bit too loud, particularly when playing the video at a high volume. I have also altered the colours, slightly increasing their intensity. I have also upscaled the resolution from 360p to 1080p, as this increases the bitrate, which slightly improves picture quality at all the different resolution settings the viewer can select and allows for the highest quality audio, but please be aware that playing it at the 1080p setting is not going to make it look as good as a true 1080p video. I have also added optional subtitles for the lyrics.
According to Wikipedia, the highest it has reached in the USA is No. 5, which was in 2020, and the highest it has reached in the UK is No. 9, which was in 2021. Unfortunately Wikipedia does not indicate which version of the song these chart performances refer to, but I assume most of them refer to the original 1963 version, as that seems the most popular one. The version used in this video is one which was never released as an audio track, and was only created for the 1965 Christmas Special. I do not know who produced it.

I have not been able to find an official presentation of the lyrics to this song. Presented as a pinned comment below and as optional subtitles in the video is my own transcript of the lyrics, for which I have used the transcripts found on lyrics websites as a guide.
