Belgrade Waterfront is the newest part of the city. Construction started in 2014 and will last 30 years. The first 10 years have already passed. It's a joint Serbia-UAE construction project, hence some people say it reminds them of Dubai. However, this is only a part of the city. The city has many other diverse parts as well.
