Two of the characters aren’t even the children of a Batman, villain. Harper is actually one of Batman‘s somewhat lesser known sidekicks that’s goes by the name Bluebird. The one claiming to be Joker’s daughter might not actually be her daughter. In the comics she claims to be the daughter of not only Joker, but also Catwoman, Penguin, Scarecrow and Riddler. Would be interesting if she was actually diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder. Right now, the character is basically Alice from Batwoman. Also Stephanie( the blonde girl) is another batman sidekick called Spoiler who’s the daughter of a villain called Cluemaster.

So far 2 episodes in it's.... It's new.... The reason the villain kids work with him is because they were all framed for Bruce's death. And it's Joker's daughter from before Harley so yeah lol.
