We did a few exercices on Sakki subject. Twelve persons standing staggered, 2 meters apart and the trainee have to walk througth blindfolded and point in the direction of the one person expressing his Sakki. It does work, but the person expressing the Sakki have to be as involved in the exercice than the trainee trying to feel it. It is difficult in our era to express a honest intent to kill.

Remember also. It usually takes place, right after a training session in Hombu dojo; the room is full of people sitting in front, so in between the sensation of being a little anxious and/ or excited. I believe it's the same feeling as when I was driving home one day on my bike; I suddenly felt "something is wrong " I slowed down for a moment maybe 5 seconds and continued. Shortly after I reached a crossroad, when an old man was driving his car without looking and made a left turn. Because of my hesitation I was 50 feet away and saw him.
If I had not reacted on my intuition, I would have been hit.
I remember when I was 5 kyu, our senpai and sensei demonstrated the godan test in our dojo and senpai said after "I got the feeling I wanted to be somewhere else"; it was a few years before I had the experience on the road.
I was awarded Shidoshi-ho and was meant to go to visiting Soke. But Life turned out to be different in content.

Some think the Sakki test is a hoax, because there are clips where Hatsumi goes up on tiptoe, and that they would "hear" it. But there is too little time.

Then there are clips where he doesn't, and people still manage the test.

My coach, Chris Bell, was going to take the test, so when Hatsumi would put up his shinai, not to chop, just put up on Chris' head, Chris reacted and moved. You could tell Hatsumi was surprised.

But, I agree with you.
It's nothing magical. Maybe all the senses working together. (We have way more than just 5. Between 25 and 30 or so)

There are also stories from soldiers who "knew" when the enemy intended to shoot.

I haven't taken the test myself, but once in a square, after arguing with a shady individual, and I was in a hurry, I went straight to where I was going. For no reason, I took a step to the side 90 degrees. And a bottle missed my head, and hit a person in front of me.

(It was a nearly empty plastic bottle, and the person in front was not hurt. But there was no apparent reason for me to swerve, but if I hadn't, the bottle would have hit me.)

I do understand it, even more now. It’s almost like the feeling when you get in a fight and you can sense the tension based off visual cues. I have seen it before when a person flinches or moves before the other person punches. It’s a weird sensation but it also has the same concept with the phrase, “I have a bad feeling”.

so.. the best way to beat this test is to immediately roll, the test will keep resetting until they strike and you pass.

What would make this more real and valuable today is if uke was standing or even walking and tori came up behind wearing a padded glove to punch him/her in the head. Kneeling in seiza with eyes closed in a quiet room and having a shinai swung down on your head is not the most likely attack you'd see in the 21st century, but it is an easier attack to deal with than my suggested update.

So if there is no "Energy" to send out what is Hatsumi and the Shihan doing when they administering the test?

Pardon my play on words but I wish this test was more tested. Instead of having the mysticism linger upon it.
It's not that hard, you just need the participants to have their ears plugged and the person hitting them always using the same strike. With the result of an experiment like this one can tell if there is a sixth sense involved or not

Why would you waste 10 minutes making such a bad video? You mention science and irrelevant visual anecdotes instead of empirical testing of your hypothesis(it’s a response to sound). Now test it with deaf volunteers, volunteers wearing soundproof earphones, and volunteers testing without. Report your statistics That would be a video worth watching instead of what you presented here.
