You can raise the rear end by moving the rear shock forward to the next hole at the top of the frame.

I have a ct200u and it was running fine then started lagging until it just stopped moving. Now it idles but is popping and won't move when I give it gas. Any ideas? Changed plug. Took care apart cleaned it. Took muffler off and ran it open. Not solving the problem.
