2010-2017 Toyota Tundra Remote Start Plug-and-play Install

Here's an easy to install plug-and-play remote starter system for the 2010-2017 Toyota Tundra.

No need for splicing or soldering wires together, with this remote starter system all the connectors are given so all you have to do is just plug into the car's computer modules and then to the provided remote starter module.

I had a Compustar installed in my 2015 a year ago. Wish I had known about this one. Wouldn't need the extra remote. And I could have also saved $250. All be it, I would have had to do the work myself. But your tutorial was pretty straight forward and to the point.

Once the truck has been remotely started from the outside of the truck, then i get in, do i then need to place the key into the ignition and turn to "on" position in order to drive?

Have you heard of or experienced any problems with seat or steering wheel controls once installed and working?

Do you happen to know the max range at which the remote starting kit works?

After installing it does remote start turn on the headlights or did you do something extra to make the headlights turn on with the remote start?

The Amazon page states that this remote starter only works with the G key, it does not work with the dot key.
Was your key the G key or the dot key?
