The Gundam Astray Turn Red is a mobile suit created by Valerio Valeri for his own use. However, since the suit is fully controlled by the combat AI, 80, he does not need to do any actual piloting although he still sits in the cockpit

Not sure if anyone knows this but the extra parts from the T runner can be put together to create a beam saber backpack.

When opening the cockpit, you have to pull the torso upwards to make clearance. The sliding mechanism for the backpack connector is there for that main reason. The manual instruction for opening the cockpit is misleading, since the arrows tells you to lean it backwards when it should be upwards.

Whoever build this kit really need to invest in a lot of action base

The one thing I wish that came with this is the Gerbera Straight or at least a smaller sword so you can take advantage of the Astray's articulation.

Thanks for answering my question! Now I'm sold on this, I can make a normal red frame and try and find a way to add a 3rd tactical arms to this.

Building it was one thing if you can take the time to line it now good God talk about time consuming but way way worth it plus a couple decals and yeah it's a beastly looking kit but expensive but worth it

Imagine getting this, and the red frame kai, mixing the parts and making all red and all white astrays! Lol

Imagine that if i keep buying those gundam astrays, they're look like Astray brethrens because they almost look the same like the original red frame.

I'd buy this but I've already got the red frame and unless I coated the joints so much that they couldn't go together there is no way that thing could effectively hold up one tactical arms, let alone having one with two units (although if this one could somehow wield one in each hand I'd get it)
