Hiya Cullen, I've been considering being a mlo as a career path, how much were you making and seeing other new guys make as a mlo? I love economics and finance and it looks like a good job, I'm just not familiar if it's alot of cold calling, 9-5 work hours work schedule, if it's better than say being a truck driver? I understand that an MLO gets an NMLS # and becomes licensed. Do underwriters get licensed, and if so is it the same license?
