Tamayo was not an average demon like the rest (enjoying to kill), she got her curse broken and promised to kill Muzan, given her unfortunate past where she was forced to kill her husband and children. Also she was able to fully control herself from eating human flesh when she was released from the curse. And it happened. Mad respect for her, also for all the help she gave the demon slayers, creating a medicine that turns back demons into humans and also ultimately defeating Muzan.
